A song that makes me happy: Suite No. 1 in G Major, by Bach. I love this song. It's evocative and beautiful and everything music should be.

So the other day my AP kids read a practice multiple choice piece characterizing Beethoven by his music. (It was, for the record, totally amazeballs.) So we listened to some Beethoven (his 7th). And ever since I've been in this classical mood. It's been all Mozart and Debussy and Brahams around here. And now you've given me Bach. So, I guess, just...thank you.
